I'm Tulasi, an aspiring DevOps Engineer with 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist. I enjoy building cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and continuously improving my DevOps skills through hands-on projects.

💼 Desktop Support Specialist

Worked for 3 years as a Desktop Support Specialist, gaining experience in Linux and Windows environments, system troubleshooting, hardware and software support, networking, VPN configuration, and IT infrastructure maintenance.

🚀 DevOps Upskilling

Transitioned into DevOps through intensive hands-on learning, building production-style projects across AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, and observability.
